Looks good, with one exception: no planning for the coming wave of e-bikes. They should be restricted to wide bike routes, like bike blvds.

RTA again trying to fix problems they create, not prevent them. Plan does nothing to reduce car traffic, arterials always deter active modes

Rather than sidewalks, create hard-packed dirt walkways - less resources, don't buckle up.

For some roads, I'd prefer the shared-use path idea than using the paved shoulder. Modern cars are more deadly due to weight.

Please build fast! When new riders encounter bike lanes to nowhere, it may take years for them to give active transportation another try.

We need safe public spaces, specifically the loop. Police that have the authority to enforce laws should be hired for safety.

Our issues start with the homeless. I've personally seen them go to jail and get released just to come back same day. Start with the homeles

The Loop has become dangerous. Armed homeless with machetes and knives live on and walk The Loop. Patrols are needed to remove them!

I'm not pleased to see so much going to the north sector. I'd like to see more improvements in the urban core areas. Prioritize equity!

Pleased to see investment in midtown with the Flower Street and Palo Verde projects. Reinvestment is needed here. More traffic calming.

Most dollars going to the NW sector. Not at all equitable. 75% of taxes raised in COT, almost 40% going to NW. I VOTE ABSOLUTELY NO.
