Santa Cruz County is taking a major step towards enhancing roadway safety through the development of the Santa Cruz County Safe Streets and Roads for All Action Plan (Countywide SS4A Action Plan). The Countywide SS4A Action Plan builds upon the Local Road Safety Plan the County conducted to help the County and local agencies identify the factors that contribute most to local traffic collisions. It aims to also better position the County to receive safety funding from state and federal grant programs.

The goal of the Countywide SS4A Action Plan is to identify safety improvements and initiatives that can be implemented to reduce the risk of collisions on County roadways. This study is important to enhance safety for all road users, prevent traffic fatalities and severe injuries, and reduce the economic impact of traffic collisions in the County.

There are two parts of this survey. Please complete both sections:
