Help single parents or working people get grants finding housing or work with the state of getting section 8

Help get people off the street. Help out the single parents into finding an apartment. Build a Burn Boot Camp or a Fit Body Boot Camp (Gym)

A downtown parking deck similar to Wilson's would be nice...

Fix the roads

Bulldoze abandoned houses and buildings and sell the land or build new infrastructure. Fix the roads. Stop spending thousands on statues

Kid’s Gym

How about a Bungee Exercise Gym. Raleigh has a couple of places offering this and it does a good business!

The city can work with citizens to purchase homes especially the ones up for foreclosure

The city can hold initiatives for citizens to clean up the neighborhoods and help renovate homes to lessen the load of code enforcement

If the homeless in the area have skills that can benefit the town and can "get cleaned up" then they can help the town by filling roles

Goldsboro can most certainly benefit from an expanded nightlife element,It would also help if the homeless can get a place to stay and a job
