A comprehensive plan is a strategic framework that guides the long-term growth and development of our city by reflecting our cohesive vision as a community. By updating our comprehensive plan, we aim to ensure that our city can effectively manage future growth, provide exceptional public services, and improve the quality of life for all residents.

We are updating the comprehensive plan to respond to changing conditions and changing community desires. It will act as a guide for establishing development regulations, used as a basis for zoning decisions, and used to inform and coordinate public investment decisions.
