The Rock Hill Thoroughfare Plan will consider the existing conditions and future needs of the City to provide recommendations for improving the transportation network across all modes of transportation, including driving, walking, biking, transit, and freight.

The Thoroughfare Plan will help shape the future of how people move in and around the City, laying out steps towards a safe and connected transportation network for all.

Phase 1 Engagement included an Online Survey for respondents to tell us how they envisioned the City's transportation network in the future. It also included an Interactive Map to call out specific locations that pose transportation challenges, create opportunities, and act as important destinations throughout the community. This feedback will inform the planning process for the Rock Hill Thoroughfare Plan.
