Overview
The Accomack-Northampton Planning District Commission (A-NPDC) aims to improve the safety, accessibility, and comfort of district roads. A comprehensive safety action plan, in compliance with the Department of Transportation's Safe Streets for All (SS4A) program, will develop a framework for significantly reducing fatalities and serious injuries within the transportation network.
Community engagement is essential to a complete and successful safety action plan. Look out for information about our survey and community meetings to share your concerns and visions for a safer Eastern Shore.
