If we are using artificial turf for the playground, please consider shading at least a portion of it. Those stay much hotter than grass.

We are so excited about this! There are tons of kids in the neighborhood and the existing parks are quite a walk for smaller children.

Plenty of lights, leave trees where possible, something to slow traffic on Culbertson. Speed humps or speed monitors
